全自动燃油(气)热管老化房的特性:1、热管老化房是无压设备,封闭燃烧,不见明火,可直接安装在使用热空气的设备边上使用,热风温度可在60-270℃范围内自由设定,热风出口温差不大于±3℃,在循环热风烘道(箱)内误差在±1℃以内。2、热管老化房采用耐高温20G管板,热空气发生室顶盖可以打开,热管采用锥形卡环二道石棉攀根镶套 在管板叉排孔中,所有热管全部可以拆卸更换,便于保养,老化房的使用寿命8-15年。

燃油(气)热管老化房是用管板将换热箱体分隔成上部为热空气发生室,下部为炉膛烟道,组焊在热管上的密封卡环用石棉绳密封镶套在管板叉排孔中,便于拆换清洗。热管翅片放热段置于热空气发生室,高中温热管光管吸热段伸入炉膛,中常温热管翅片吸热段伸入烟道,吸收燃油(气)燃烧器燃烧的热量,相变换热到热管翅片放热段,在轴流鼓风机的冷气流冲刷下,释放出凝结潜热,快速加热空气。在热空气管道上设置电接点压力式温度计,温度自动控制器和风量调节器,由电脑控制器控制燃油(气)燃烧器的一二段火焰大小和轴流鼓风机的风量大小,实现全自动运行。

The computer controller controls the flame size of one or two sections of fuel (gas) burner and the air volume of axial flow blower to realize full automatic operation.

燃油(气)热管热风取暖炉是由翅片燃烧炉和热管热交换器组成,管板将热管热交换器分隔成上部为热空气发生室,下部为对流换热烟道,组焊在热管上的密封卡环用石棉绳镶套在管板叉排孔中,便于拆卸清洗。燃烧器燃烧的热量经翅片燃烧炉及翅片辐射换热,又经对流换热烟道中的热管吸热段被吸收汽化潜热后,由加湿水套烟气接管排出,风机吹出的冷气流逆向强逼冲刷置于热空气发生室的热管翅片放热段,释放出凝结潜热,快速加热空气,热空气再经热风导向板沿翅片燃烧炉的热风环形风道一圈,吸收燃烧炉壁及翅片的辐射热,加热后的热空气经热风出口排出。在热空气管道上设置热电偶传感器同温度控制器,电脑全自动控制器控制燃烧器火焰的大小和风机风量,实现全自动运行。

A circle of hot air annular duct of flake burning furnace absorbs the radiation heat of burning furnace wall and fins, and the heated hot air is discharged through the hot air outlet. A thermocouple sensor and a temperature controller are installed on the hot air pipeline, and a computer full automatic controller controls the size of the burner flame and the air flow rate of the fan to realize full automatic operation.
7、将高温、中温、常温热管适量配置,就可满足80-600℃不同热风温度需要,若需低温热空气,只要在热风输出管道上适量配入冷风中和即可。
